Chico Bar-B-Q is owned and operated by Mike Lash, a Chico native who loves to bar-b-q. He cooks for many fundraising events in Butte County and surrounding communities. He is a member of the Kansas City Bar-B-Q Association, and a certified Bar-B-Q judge. Mike has also won two 1st place awards from the Eagles Chili Cook-off.
